Punctuality – Cancellations – No Shows
By booking an appointment, you accept our booking policies. Please be certain to review the terms listed below. Thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation.
We politely ask guests to show up on time for your appointment. Our team values your time, and makes every effort to stay on schedule, As it’s an essential part of the professional standard we hold ourselves to. If you show up late without notice, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another day, so that we do not run behind for the appointments that follow yours.
48 hour cancellation policy
We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel/move an appointment. This includes any adjustment in services ie: booked for colour, but switching to haircut only. Our team works on a commission basis, so this directly impacts their financial position.
Cancelling less than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment, or failure to inform us of a service change, will result in a 50% charge of your original scheduled service. This will need to be paid in full before a future appointment can be made.
No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Guests who have no showed for appointments previously will need to provide a credit card number and expiry date when booking future appointments, and the above charges will be applied.
Wedding bookings are required to give a minimum notice of 1 month to avoid a penalty charge of 100% service fee, applied to the credit card on file.
